Parental leave top-up
We offer parental pay top-up which is is equivalent to 20% of the Employee’s monthly salary up to 10 PBB/12 (Sw. prisbasbelopp) and thereafter 100% of the monthly salary up to 1 PBB. Parental pay is paid out for a maximum of 6 months per child, for full-time leaves longer than one month.
