Our culture
Validio’s mission is to help companies manage their data debt and thereby enable them to be data-driven with confidence.
An instrumental component for achieving Validio’s mission is our culture. We believe that Validio’s culture is why top talent and customers choose to work with us. Living by our culture helps us do the right things.

At Validio we have a hybrid working model, for us this means that you can choose yourself if you would like to come into our office or if you like to work remotely from home. 🏢 🏡 However, we encourage people to come into the office and spend time together.

Our office has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with several meeting rooms and an open floor plan where everyone has their own private desk. We also have a private terrace for a bit of outdoor space. There’s always fresh fruit, cookies, and other snacks available, along with a fully stocked fridge filled with sodas and other tasty drinks. 🏢💕

Our office is located at Östermalm, close to Karlaplan. One way to come to the office is by taking the subway to Karlaplan & then walk from there. 🚶🏼♀️

Coming to the office means I get to meet all my amazing friends at Validio. I ensure they pet me a lot before having a stare-off with my queen Cleo who I love very much. When she’s not looking, I sneak away on scavenger hunts to find all the best treats before she does

I love spending my days at the office because our CEO always brings me some chicken as a snack. It’s the best! Everyone gives me lots of attention, and I get to hang out in all the cozy meeting rooms.

At Validio we have a lot of different events together. We really enjoy spending time together & celebrating.
On a weekly basis:
- Breakfasts on Fridays 🧇🍇🥐🥝
- Casual after works on Fridays 🥂
- Fikas & celebrations of different holidays. For example Kanelbullens dag, Advent, Lucia etc. ☕️🍪
Besides this we have bigger events like summer party, Christmas dinner, crayfish party and off-sites ✨
