Validio Culture
Our Values & Norms

We believe that Validio’s culture is why top talent and customers choose to work with us. Living by our culture helps us do the right things.
We differentiate between our cultural values and norms. Our Values represent who we are, and our norms represent how we operate.
Our Values: Who we are
-
We are Passionate about what we do.
We believe that people who are passionate about what they do inherently display a higher level of dedication, commitment, and energy towards it. At Validio, we welcome top talent who are passionate about their areas of expertise and actively want to contribute to Validio’s mission. This makes it easier to exceed "lagom" and achieve groundbreaking results. -
We are Determined to win.
To win, we believe that determination is necessary. This means that we have the resilience to push and follow through. We have grit and do what it takes to make things happen, and most importantly we don’t give up. -
We are Hungry for growth.
We always seek to have a growth mindset, where we are curious and learn as individuals and as a team. We actively challenge ourselves to improve, grow, and innovate within our area of expertise and beyond. -
We are Humble.
Being humble at Validio means that we are without prestige and down to earth. We have a team-first mindset and leave our egos at the door. No matter how much we think that we know, we can always learn something from others. We respect each other, our customers and our competitors as we all are innovating in the same space.

Our Norms: How we operate
-
We have bias for action
If we want to have an impact and change the world, we need to be great at execution. We believe that getting things done today is better than getting things done tomorrow. With that said, we still take the time to make sure our actions align with our mission and the values of Validio. We proactively seek input, thinking one step ahead. -
We take ownership
Ownership includes dependability and accountability. I do what I say and I am responsible for the results of my function. When things go wrong, I ask "What could I have done better?”, rather than pointing fingers at others. Instead of complaining about a problem, I try to be a part of solving it. -
We value each other
We recognize that each person brings unique perspectives and contributions to Validio. Diversity and inclusion are a part of our core. We actively seek to include each other and are also mindful of how our actions impact colleagues and team dynamics. -
We have courage
We believe in an environment where we are transparent towards each other and dare to share our opinions and feelings. We take calculated risks and do the right thing even when it is challenging, exhausting or other people may not see things the same way.
