What is you name and what is your role at Validio?

Zoran Lazarevic, I work as a Software Engineer on the Validation Engine team. My team’s responsibility is designing, developing and maintaining the backend services of our platform

How do you find inspiration and motivation in your work?

Working with so many smart and talented colleagues who have very high standards regarding their work and put in a lot of effort to improve the product inspires me to give my best. I enjoy solving challenging engineering problems and trying to help the team to make our product the go-to solution when it comes to data quality.

What do you do in your spare time?

I like sports activites, such as basketball. Also, since joining Validio one of my colleagues introduced me to bouldering, which we've made into a weekly company event.
