What is your name and what is your role at Validio?

My name is William Broman, people call me Will. I work as Validio's Head of Business Development, leading the Business Development team.

What is your favorite thing about Validio?

My favorite thing about Validio is the level of passion and talent the Validians exhibit, feels like you're playing in the Super Bowl on daily basis.

How do you find inspiration and motivation in your work?

With my sports background, of competing for and Captaining the national team, I had the fortune of learning from some of the best minds in high performance psychology. I was taught a 3-step framework of personal philosophy (your north star and guiding principles), purpose (your meaning in life, really) and what you want to become. Having these three aligned, creates duracell-like energy for me, and motivates me in my work.
