What is you name and what is your role at Validio?

My name is Rebecka Hogevall and I work as Head of People and Culture here at Validio. This includes many different things as always in a start-up, but overall I focus on driving the People & Culture agenda together with my fantastic team, Maja Hallberg & Linnéa Tegelberg, not only attract the best people but also develop them and the organisation on this journey! 🤩

What is your favorite spot in the office?

My favorite spot in the office is by our Validio library where my team and I have our desks. Being surrounded by books and people is where I enjoy spending my days the most 📚 🙋🏼‍♀️

What is your favorite thing about Validio?

My favorite thing about Validio is all the super talented people that I get to work with every day - I learn so much from every single person and never have I ever laughed as much as I do here together with them. It truly is a special experience and I am so grateful that I get to spend my days here! ✨
