My name is Charlotta Herkommer and I work as a Management Trainee at Validio, supporting the operations team.

What is your favourite spot in the office?

My favourite spot is honestly by my desk, where I get to be close to my colleagues who make me laugh everyday along with our amazing office dogs Cleo and Lilo.

How do you find inspiration and motivation in your work?

I’m truly inspired and motivated everyday by my colleagues and what we do here at Validio. The people at Validio are not only talented but passionate about what they do, and we’re a team that have a lot of fun together, celebrating small to big wins, which I think is really important to stay motivated and inspired.
