Role Description
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to accelerate Validio’s growth. You will become an integral part of a dedicated marketing team, shaping and driving the go-to-market strategy with the rest of the commercial organisation.
As a marketing manager at Validio, you will be a key part in shaping and executing our strategy for global growth. You will work closely with sales, product, and customer success, to communicate the value of agentic data management.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own key marketing programs from strategy to delivery, working at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success. You’ll have the possibility to prioritize initiatives that move the needle and shape your focus areas as the business evolves.
Key responsibilities:
Create a “drumbeat” marketing motion: position Validio as the leader in agentic data management by driving always-on campaigns to generate awareness across channels (email, social, web, events)
Enable sales success: Develop content in collaboration with, product and customer success to support sales teams in closing deals faster by highlighting product strengths and business value.
Bridge technical and business value: Translate powerful product capabilities into customer outcomes across multiple channels (email, social, web, events)
Be a flexible marketing force: Being open to support areas like events or branding as business needs evolve.
We believe you are/have:
5+ years technical marketing experience, ideally in B2B software.
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
A can-do attitude and capability to thrive in uncertainty, trying and learning as you go.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with experience of creating technical content.
A business mindset; understanding go-to-market strategy and connecting product strengths to business growth.
Being able to individually drive and prioritize your work, and effectively collaborate with others.
Ability to consistently leverage data and insights to improve marketing programs.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related field.

Experience from working in or with data teams and familiarity with the data infrastructure or data quality space
