Role Description
Validio is looking for an Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success team, taking ownership of customer engagements while driving product adoption across our growing portfolio of global enterprise customers.
As complexity grows for both Validio and our customers, we are looking to our Engagement Manager to lead customers from onboarding through to long-term value realization. This means deeply understanding customer environments, uncovering new use cases, and acting as a trusted advisor who can translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
As an Engagement Manager, you will own strategic customer relationships and become the go-to expert for Validio users within your accounts. You will be the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to identify and drive expansion opportunities. As an early member of the Customer Success team, you will also play a key role in building the processes and playbooks that will define how we scale.
Key responsibilities:
Own the post-sale customer engagements end-to-end in our fast-growing portfolio of leading global enterprises.
Act as a strategic advisor: understanding customer pain points, uncovering new use cases and implement new processes and ways of working.
Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring customers are set up for success from day one.
Drive adoption and value realization through proactive check-ins and enablement sessions to drive long-term value.
Deeply understand our customers’ use cases and the value we provide, leveraging this expertise and tag team with sales to drive renewals and expansions.
Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering, Sales and Marketing to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
Build and refine our Customer Success playbook to ensure best-in-class customer journey as we continue to scale Validio at a high pace.
We believe you are/have:
5+ years proven experience from working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering or similar roles with Enterprises, including management of senior and technical stakeholders.
An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving when given full ownership to deliver impact. Comfortable managing everything from strategic communication with leadership to product demos and hands on implementation.
Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of English.
Excellent project management skills and a track record of working cross-functionally to drive complex projects to completion.
Strong ability to listen and empathize with customers, picking up on non-verbal cues and adjusting communication accordingly.
